These Terms of Service apply to websites, customer portals, software, licensing, coding, hosting tools, remote support, and related services provided by SMPC, LLC (“SMPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or purchasing services from us, you agree to these terms.
SMPC stands for SimpleMindsPC. SMPC, LLC may operate services under related brand names. Synomedia is a software and licensing brand operated by SMPC, LLC.
We provide information technology services, software licensing, custom coding, web tools, hosted service management, remote support, consulting, and related technical services. Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, support expectations, and renewal terms may be described in an invoice, quote, order form, service agreement, statement of work, license agreement, or customer portal.
Invoices are due according to the terms shown on the invoice, order, quote, or customer portal. We may accept credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, checks, or other methods we make available. Recurring services may renew automatically until cancelled according to the applicable service terms.
Charges may appear on your statement as SMPC, SMPC LLC, SMPC SYNOMEDIA, SYNOMEDIA, or a related descriptor.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, software licenses, modules, custom code, scripts, configuration work, and other digital deliverables are licensed for the specific customer, domain, installation, or environment described in the invoice or agreement. Ownership, resale rights, source-code delivery, and transfer rights must be stated in writing to apply.
You may not use our services for illegal activity, unauthorized access, malware, phishing, spam, copyright infringement, abusive traffic, or activity that harms systems, networks, users, or our reputation. We may suspend or terminate service when we reasonably believe there is abuse, nonpayment, security risk, or legal risk.
Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it.
We work to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a separate written agreement includes a specific service level. Support availability may depend on the service purchased and the customer’s support agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMPC, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, downtime, or business interruption. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the three months before the claim, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
